Click the REGISTER FOR COURSE button. You'll be redirected to the KFE Course Registration page. Fill in the required information and click Submit. Check your email for a link to confirm your registration. Click the link in the confirmation email. This will take you to the KFE course Login page. After you've logged in, you will see the course and a Paypal logo next to the course name. Click the course name and this will take you to Paypal. After you've paid for the course, Paypal will redirect you to the Login page.
